INTEC college poor service

Poor service received from the date students were registered with them. No one available at the offices to assist with problems. Took 5 month to do a subject change, which never happened. 3 month to cancel the registration and then they only paid 20% of my money back. emails submitted to them are appox. 30 and calls too. Call center is useless as they are not able to assist with any issue and continually have to refer to someone else. That never gets back to you.
