Intec college only cares about money

Intec college only cares about money. I registered with them May this year to this day I haven’t been able to login to their student portal. I reported that am still waiting for them to fix it. They registered me with a wrong email address. When you call them it’s a waste of time and airtime. They call now and then only to remind me that am owing them, I mean how do I pay for something I can’t even get access to. And my friend warned me about them. She registered and did not receive any study material from them and yet try threatening to take her to their lawyers. I don’t know what to do anymore, please help?
