Intec College most *********** people i have ever worked with

This company/college i will never deal with ever in my life again. They are *********** people and have no idea how to do their jobs. From the get-go, i had problems with them. From textbooks not being provided i had to buy my own. From not providing feedback on assignments, writing tests and the tests are not at the located rooms. The charge me for a 5th subject that i do not even have, pushing my account into arrears and then list me in ITC, I then canceled my membership with them on the 29th of May 2019 already, phoned the office 4 times to follow up on the cancelation process and every time some indicated they are busy with it and will let me know. On Monday the 24th of June 2019 they indicated that there is an outcome and documents must just be signed, i phoned today 27th of June just to be indicated to me that the cancelations department never received the documents and i need to wait now once again for the feedback. Rather go to another college as Intec is not a college at all.
