INTEC COLLEGE LACKS PROFESSIONALISM

I have registered with Intec College on the 21 November 2014 for Childrens Party Planner Course. <br> <br> I was told verbally and in writing that it would take 21 working days to receive my study material. After the 21 day period (05 January 2015), I queried with the institution on the receipt of my study material. they indicated that they are waiting for the supplier to deliver. i made another follow up on the 28 January and was told the same thing. on the 4 February I enquired again and was told the very same thing. they are very quick to ask for a deposit and take the monthly instalments out of our accounts, but they do not deliver on their promises. <br> <br> The college lacks professionalism, up until now, there hasnt been anyone who has foned me from the institution giving me an update on the recipt of my study material, and neither has anyone in a senior position called me to explain. <br> <br> The service and response time at this institution stinks.
