INTEC COLLEGE IS VERY BAD AND UNRELIABLE!

So I decided to better myself by studying with Intec college (i work full time and I am full time mother)

1st Issue : I signed on my Original contract for Intec to deduct on the 1st of every month , they have been deducting on the 15th of every month and wanting to charge me the rejection fee for something they haven't changed on there side?

2nd issue: I wrote an exam in June , only received results in September which is found to be incorrect. So i called Intec only to find out that Intec has generated the wrong results to students

My Total mark was 51% and the comment said : Rewrite? how is that a fail?

I wait for days and days for feedback , all the student advisers have something different to say , apart from a very rude and unprofessional receptionist that answers the phone on the ********** number one calls . I leave messages for someone to call and that never happens,

Intec did not send out an email to let anyone know of this Error , and now they are making me wait for the correct results which is totally unfair because they have had more then enough time to mark and get there figures right

I feel totally betrayed by Intec as an Institution and would never recommend them to anyone wanting to study via correspondence , I am more then extremely disappointing!!
