Intec College is useless!!!!

Never in my life have i experiences a more shocking customer service. I have been trying for 3 months to get a refund on a student enrollment. We cancelled after paying in full in December 2020. We never received a book, an assignment or anything the only thing we received was a student number. Cancellation was done and i was told we need to wait 90 days for the refund. Now when I query the date of the refund I get told its under review. 37 mails later, over 7 hours on hold over a 2 week period only for the call to be cut from INTEC. Today I get a mail saying the query has been esculated!!!!! ***!!!!! In the meantime the cancelled student keeps getting emails asking when she is submitting her work! This from an institution which is educating our youth! Heaven help us!
