Intec College is Unaccredited

In 2008 I registered for a course on Drawing house plans using Autocad at Intec college. There were discrepancies in the course study guides and computer program that were provided to me. The study guide linked with the computer program gave instructions to perform on the program but the program responded differently from what was expected according to the study guide. I called Intec College several times during 2009 in order to lodge a complaint but this was never resolved until the 2 years allocated to complete the course expired in 2010. As a consequence I could not complete the course. I proceeded to request a refund from the college and after multiple attempts, the manager of the college,Shakir Achmat,declined to process a refund due to me.His *****ed reasoning was that my request for a refund was made after the expiration of the course.A very silly and ********* attitude indeed. I later discovered that the study guides that I was offered for the course were not accredited to be offered by Intec and yet Intec had labelled the study guides with accreditation codes from the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA). I queried this with the principal, Phillip Slatter,who failed to respond. After many years of attempting to recoup my college fees in vain,I have concluded that a refund due will not be processed. My conclusion is that Intec college offers **** courses and the manager Shakir Achmat is a damn *****.The principal, Phillip Slatter cannot deny that Intec college offers **** courses. Intec claims that they are accredited by SAQA to offer certain courses when in fact they are not. You register with Intec at your own risk. You are gonna lose your hard-earned money and still fail to complete your courses. The manager ,Shakir Achmat is twisted character.
