Intec College is the Worst College Ever!!! Please don't make the mistake I make. I wish someone had warned me!

I enrolled with Intec college in 2019. Paid the registration fees and I was helped throughout the registration process. The process was seamless. I was advised that I would receive study material and time table. I waited and folwed up until I cancelled and advised them to stop debuting from my account. I was still debited the monthly amount which I reversed every month. I cancelled in 2019 and to date i am still receiving statements that i owe +R5000. How do i owe money if i cancelled with intec and sent several emails and made endless calls to rectify this and it still isn't rectified to date. I dont know what to do now. I have a child I can't even open an account for my child because I'm in areas with Intec and it is affecting my credit score. I am literally out of options!
