Intec College is debiting my acc but no texbooks.

I app**** in Intec College last year in december and paid registration of R3482.00, They never delivered stationery to me but every month debit order of R1122.00. I went to the branch to cancel the course in Feb they told me I will have to pay cancellation fee,I feel the forms but they still debiting my account every 25th of the month. I need my money and Im scared when I went to the branch they advised me it will affect my credit profile, so please assist me with this. I need to apply somewhere as I want to persue my dream. Please assist you my only help. STRESSED.
