Intec College is a **** don't use them, disgusting "service"

Intec College is an absolute ****. I started a new course in September 2019 with them and wanted to transfer courses in February 2020. I gave them grace during severe lockdown waiting for a response. I have been trying since August to get someone to tell me what's going on with my transfer and still no luck. It's disgusting how no one knows what's going on and I can never get to the transfer department as no one seems to ever be there. I spent a lot of money on the initial course and still have to pay some for this transfer course. They can forget it. This is unacceptable they are a bunch of ************ who just take your money the rest they suck at. I will be taking them to small claims court to get my money back.
