Intec College is a **** be warned

I am a student in this institution and I am having a bad experience with the decision I took to study via correspondence due to my work shifts and thought I'd kill it.

I enrolled in Gardening and Horticulture and it got too challenging for me that I ended up wanting to deregister with them , having had sent my agent all the necessary documentation to get this done as I enrolled via her (Sarena Jacobs ); instead I'm being sent from pillar to post and being told that as soon as I deregister I must wait for six weeks and yet I will still be paying them / debit me rather

I pay about R1800 for services that I'm not benefiting from. When I call their offices they told me that I can't speak accounts department or whoever that is relevant to stop them from sourcing money from my account and if I stop order them they threatened to black list me.

No feedback for all the follow-ups that I make, no emails , no call received from these people, honestly I feel I'm being ****med and kept in their roll with force.

As I'm standing here I have R5400 that has left my account this is April, May and June(which they would have taken already)

I have other plans for this money I'm being forced.to pay and I can't even register else where otherwise I'll be left with nothing to live by because of this issue that I have no more power not strength to fight it, please help me out here .
