Intec College - International school

Intec College, has very nice accredited Courses. However customer service, study material, student advisors and accounts department have no urgency or will to get any issue sorted out. To date I’ve paid over R7000.00 which Intec said they won’t Refund. This was for a course I haven’t even done because I had no Student advisor or any communication from anyone after payment was made. Took me 6 months to finally negotiate with them so that I can stop paying for something I haven’t started. Yet still a had to pay a settlement amount of which is totally reckless.
