Intec College (ICG) Finance Department - Horrible

I really am not impressed with their finance department. I had an outstanding account with Intec and I settled the account in full in January 2019. I have been sent from pillar to post when I inquire about them updating my credit records at the credit bureau, To date nothing has been implemented, I phoned the company to whom they handed my account over, I was told that there is nothing they can do except for Intec updating my credit records, I sent my first e-mail to Delani Chonco and a follow up e-mail to *** with response at all. not even an acknowledgement that my e-mail has been received.

I made several calls to the finance department and everytime advised to send an e-mail attaching all the relevant documents and that there will be action taken, to date, nothing has transpired
