Intec College does not keep promises or deliver

After enrolling my son with a course with Intec, we have had so many problems with service delivery and promises by Intec which they did not honor. We cancelled the course with Intec having the proof of their poor service delivery and was promised that our refund would be paid within 90 days which should have been the 3rd of September 2015. After dealing with Nahiemah which also did not get back to me and conveniently resigned in that period, the case was handed over to Mapula, sad to say but he did not get back to me either, then it was handed over to Vukile Mquingwana the 31st of August, he told me in his email that he will sent a query to the finance department and should I not hear anything from him in a week to email him. I emailed him the 31st of Aug and again the 14th of September with no response. I even contacted my Lawyer which could also not get a hold of him. I then contacted Intec and said that I would take it further if I get no response and only then did Vukile contact me the 7th of Oct saying he will escalate it urgently yet again. Again on the 12th of Oct he escalated it , it is now the 20th still no payment still no response from Vukile
