Intec College do not care of your financial circumstances and ready to list you in the credit bureau

My friend and i decided to study together and open our own business. In late 2016 we have decided to take up a wedding planner course, we have paid our registration fee of R1000 and received a our welcome packs and a usb which contained our Study material in. However a week after that i fell ill and i could not get to study I was diagnosed with a tumor on my brain which I could not complete my study and was admitted in hospital . I than received a call to say that I had missed payment and explained the issue and I need the course to be cancelled and I would return everything back as its in it's original package as i could not study and then was told to send an e-mail to the accounts team which i did and was asked to send personal documents of medical history which i not send through as I was made to be a lair of my health to state that I cannot afford study they have now listed me on the credit bureau for R375 a month which affected me badly They made numerous amounts of phone calls to my mum and she had explained the same thing and they said must send an e-mail that i want it cancelled which was done and now they have not done that and listed me! Please help. I am a single parent and sickly and in an out of hospital and financially cannot afford it . I have to see to my medication and medical aid bills. I assumed they have cancelled it and only found out today they have listed me.
