Intec College - do not apply with them

On April 24th, 2023 I enrolled with Intec College. The consultant Andre Venter confirmed that hard copies of study material will be delivered as stated on their enrollment form. On April 27th,2023 another consultant told me telephonically that study material is only on line and no hard copies will be delivered.

On May, 23rd 2023 I cancelled my enrollment with Intec College as explained to Andre Venter re loadshedding and study material.

Intec College sent me a letter dated September 14th 2023 that they will be deducting admin fees and only refund me R1,312.00

It is now January, 15th 2024 and I have not yet had any fees paid back to me and should in actual fact be R2,312.00

Email after email after email and trying to phone I have had no luck getting any response from them.
