INTEC COLLEGE - DISAPPEARED WITH MY MONEY

Intec college continued to debit my account even after my fees had been paid up. I submit a refund form and on July 22nd 2022 i received an email from the credit operations team that my refund is in their next phase. To this day, i have not received my money back. I have sent countless emails to them with no feedback received. I call countless times but the phone never gets answered. The worst experience ever!!!
