Intec College complaint

<p>I would like to make a formal complaint against Intec College.</p> <p>I am disgusted with their ridiculous service.</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed up to start for my ECD NQF 4 with them in April.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lovely assistance getting me to enrol and pay deposit for studies.</p> <p>1. I was given the incorrect information over the phone. When i queried it, I was told, the lady was still in training.. I now am not qualified to teach the grade I was promised I'd be able to teach. (Grade R).</p> <p>2. I told the lady over the phone that I have a full time job and cannot join a nursery school; she reassured me that I need not join a nursery school. Again, incorrect info. I did need to join a nursery school. I've now had to take leave from my job to go to nursery schools as well as after work and in the holidays.</p> <p>3. Once receiving my study material, it states that there is online tutoring if need be, you can call in for assistance. PATHETIC, nobody knows what they're talking about. When I asked about the one assignment, all I got was yes, yes, yes. Nothing was elaborated and no extra info. was given.</p> <p>3. Half way through my studies, I realised that one of the study material manuals or "course reader" as they call it is MISSING. I never received it. I queried it, phoned and e-mailed, these were the responses from the telephonic "assistance":</p> <p>a). It's something extra I need to buy</p> <p>b). They cannot find it</p> <p>c). Don't know what I am talking about, will get back to me once a tutor has taken a look</p> <p>NONE of these were confirmed. I was running around and searching online all over to buy this "course reader"; NOBODY has it, they don't even know what I'm talking about.</p> <p>After communicating in writing not once, not twice, not three times, four times, I have STILL NOT received any response, I have been quering since July. I have now competed all my studies and am still waiting. I went onto the next activity in my assignments and pasted the e-mail into the activity space and explained that I cannot do the activity without the study material. I then mailed back once I got my results for that module and asked how I was marked for that activity, was it that I got ZERO or how was I graded. AGAIN, NO RESPONSE!</p> <p> </p> <p>I was hoping to study further with INTEC; but I won't be doing that. </p> <p> </p> <p>I cannot believe the terrible service and ignorance I have received from them.</p>
