Intec College change payment contracts without my knowledge

Intec College are the worst when it comes to customer services. I enrolled my daughter in Jan 2019 - and was given an amount or R9171.00 by the consultant to complete on my application form.

I wasn't happy with paying R780.00 as my monthly fee and the consultant suggested that if I paid R2000.00 my monthly fee would be R680.00. to which I agreed and sent proof of payment for the R2000.00

Jan 2020 was to be my last payment of R371.00 - yet Intec's debit payment of R680.00 went off my account.

When I contacted them - I was put thru to about 6 different consultants - all who passed me on to someone else. Finally Premie Naidoo at the call centre asked me to send he my contract and she would then request the original from Intec.

When she received the original from Intec someone from Intec had changed the totals from R9171.00 to R10000 plus - without my consent. So they were demanding that I pay the rest.

The more I queried how they could change the contract themselves the less response i got. Premie Naidoo forwarded my e-mail to the following people:

At first John responded and I explained my story. He asked Shakier to assist. But for an entire week i received no response - to which I responded saying that if i did not get any answer I would be going to the bank to reverse the R680.00.

No response.

So I cancelled the debit order of R680.00 and the following Monday I informed Intec that i did so and also sent them a payment of R371.00 - which according to my records (signed contract) would have been the last outstanding amount. This was on Tues 4th Feb.

I requested that Intec please send me a mail confirming that my account was paid up - the only response I received from Shakier on Thurs 6th is that he will review my profile. I have since mailed him every day - but absolutely no response.

I even called him on his direct line - but no answer
