Intec College badest service ever!!!!!!!!

I did an application to study with Intec Collage back in 2015. After receiving my paid for study materials I decided to cancel. Due to very poor client services and support.The College states that you have to call them and send a lot of mails every day of the week till someone gets back to you. It took them a year to respond on my cancelation. They now want me to pay R21 000 for a application 5 years back.
