INTEC College and my certificate

Hi we been struggling since January 2019 to get my proper certificate. We have 2 names that knows about the problem and they not helping to resolve my problem. Its not my fault that INTEC didnt record mt maths mark and allocated into my profile. And now its getting to a point I dobt know what to do anymore. The call center either puts the phone down in your ear. Or they put you on hold "we experiencing high call volume" after directing your call. Or they put you on hold. I want to send Curiour Guy to collect my certificate but how can I do that if I dont know where it is.. Or send my sister that stays in Cape Town to collect it. Someone help
