INTEC COLLEGE A LIVING NIGHTMARE

<p>I have had the worst experience with INTEC College since 2015 up until now , this College is the worst people to do business with , firstly their consultants provide clients with wrong information and once registered it is a battle to get the course cancelled , since my registration in November 2015 its been a living nightmare trying to get my course cancelled , eventually in April 2017 i received feedback from the College after sending 100 emails and calling 100 times they advised that the course was cancelled and that i will receive a refund within 90 days , i requested the College to send me a letter stating that i do not owe the College any fees that was in April up until today i have not received my refund or the letter , this people don't understand how they are impacting my life , i cannot apply for vehicle finance because on my ITC it shows i am in arrears , every week i call and get cut off after holding for 20 mintues , all they do is cost me more money with their PATHETIC service , i have sent several emails as well yet NO RESPONSE - i would not recommend this College to my worst enemy.</p>
