Intec College: 80% Cancellation Fee Required!!

<p>I'm an Intec College student, i de-registered last year, but according to them they only received my cancellation requerst in January 2016. They only got back to me today saying i have to pay 80% of the course fee (the course id R24 000). I deregistered because i no longer want to study the same thing and i cannot afford it anymore. Where do they expect me to get the 80%? I'm NOT paying any cent more than i have paid, and they WILL have to deregister me ASAP. I've been dealing weith this for almost a year now, i'm TIRED! Do not waste your time and hard earned money trying to register with Intec College</p>
