Intec College

Good day

January 2019 I registered for a course at intec college i was told that i have to complete 2 controle tests per subject to qualify for the final exam. I was told that i can write my tests and exams at any tvet college in the country . so after i registered i went to the FET college in my area i was told that i cannot write any test i have to be registered with the college I then contacted intec requesting a cancellation of my course that was in february i personally had to drive to cape town to submit in my deregistration. i then registered the same course at the FET college in my area. Intec College damanding a full payment for the course that ive cancelled withing the cancellation period i approached a lawyer regarding the matter but with the feedback recieved is that on intec colleges report is that i did not meet the cancellation requirements. now my credit score is being affected by this i have completed this course
