INTEC COLLEGE

So is all started January 2018 when myslef and a work colleague decided to join Intec College to study Civil Engineering and Construction Management. Everything went well untill we started the studies and it was time to write our first exams, firstly we strugled to get our exam conformation letters after calling head office a couple of times and sending them numerous amounts of emails they finally helped us and we were able to write exam (Very poor customer support) . Now that its time to write exams yet again we are strugling with the same problems we faced the first time but now its even worse they are not replying on any of our mails and the support centre cant help us. They foned me back on Thursday last week and assured me that everything will be sorted out the next day. I truly dont know what to do anymore and cant keep on studying like this, I paid the full amount that was close to 30k for the 2 years and wish to cancel my studies with them and be refunded to go and study elsewhere. Even if you send in your assignments its always a problem. I will not recomend Intec to anyone...
