Intec Collect - terrible service

I enrolled for studies in 2021 but could never complete it. Only paid for one module.

During the time of being a student, I start getting statements for an amount of R450. The statement does not provide detailed information as to what the amount is for. I never managed to submit any assignments nor any exams.

With multiple attempts, email, chat support (which by the way, no one is ever online) trying to phone them (and you remain caller number 3 in the line with a waiting time of 3min but you have been on the phone for almost 10min), to this day, no one has provided any information as to what this amount is for.

Then the account is handed over - I email the place that is emailing me, NOT ONE REPLY!

So no one wants to tell me what the amount is for but I must pay it and you handed the account over without any proper consultation.

This institution will NEVER see me again. Terrible service.
