Intec collage taking us for a ride

I have been with Intec going on to 3 years, when. I send through a request I get ignored, then I have to use my airtime to phone the complaints department. Why do you have to put in complaints everything you have a simple questions.the worst part is the fact that you have to pay them additional money to have them remark you assignments, like on my math, I don't think the person who parked it looked at how many the question is marked off, so in one question I got ****** of 3 marks, they gave me only 50% but when I went through it I was suppose to have gotten 84%, so I wanted my exsam papers back, so they said no sorry, so I asked if my advice could get it and just go thought it with me to see what I did wrong and they ignored me it's been a year now, the way I see it number 1 if you can't trust them with marking your assignment correctly how can you trust them with your exams number 2 you have paid for that so in fact it's your property and not theirs as they claim, number 3 if they have nothing to hide why don't they just send you a copy. For 99 percent of my assignments I got between 90 and 100 percent but I can't even make 50 in my exam, twice that makes no sense
