Intec collage

I have registered with intec collage and I have a **** experience with them. First and foremost I was registered on a wrong course and when I make a follow up for them to rectifying the mistakes, they couldn't. The collage doesn't want to deregister me as they say I have to pay 80% of the fees , which is unfair for me cause they are the one who registered me on a wrong course. The collage bridget the contract that I have with them. They still insist on making debt my account each and every month. Can I please have assistance on this matter
