Intec Collage 2 months and still waiting for password

I am really starting to regret in rolling my son at intec College (my husband wanted to send him to a Collage in DBN and I said no let's try inteo). They have told is it takes 1 month for a password we have been waiting for 2 months now. My son has his books and been studying, but can't do any assignments till he gets password. I have been phoning so many times and the last time iwas told 2 days. It has been almost 4 days now. It also costing lot of money in airtime holding the line to try and speek to someone. I really don't know what to do anymore. Service is non existing to me I have also paid deposits and they have deducted from my account first months payment.
