Intec

I am feeling highly depressed and I am aware that my emotions might be pushing me to this but 3months since I registered with Intec College online I have received the worst kind of assistance from my so called student advisor misleading information and redirecting me to other people when she feels she does not have time for me. I have nothing to start my correspondence course and yet expected to pay for no service provided to me as promised. Cheryl has been the worst kind of student advisor and she will refer me to the portal every time I ask a question and the Portal is not even updated. When I called to ask why they are not debiting me they say it was never set up but Cheryl took all my information. The portal has an old calendar and I am expected to assume the dates myself said the advisor I spoke to over the phone as it is the same she said. Working, and Studying is not easy but when people like this want to exploit us and ensure that we fail in our efforts it is sickening.
