Intec cancellation

Intec are the worst company to deal with. My son has fallen very ill and we have been advised not to allow him to continue his study. I contacted Intec on the 19 Feb, after many emails and calls eventually they sent me the forms to cancel which I completed and returned to them on the 3 March and since the I have sent 11 emails and contacted by phone and still I have not heard anything and they still taking funds off. I am disgusted with this service
