Intec Breach Of Contract

Hi I would like to warn everyone about Intec College. These ********** took my money for a Java certification course then when the course is completed they say that oops we don't have certification for this course you need to go pay extra money at Pearson Vue to get your certification. No where was this relayed to me even though I asked the sales person directly and he confirmed its a certification course. Then to add to the woes of Intec they had their own diploma course in Java as well which I also did. To my surprise no tutor at Intec could mark this, they claim that your assignments would be marked within 30 working days well I send in my 4th assignment early in January of 2017 and guess what I had to resend it several times, with no marks received. I only hear that sorry the tutorial department cant locate your assignment can you please resend it. I resend it multiple times like this with receipt of assignment confirmed just to be told it's missing again because their out sourced tutors loose everything on purpose which they aren't capable of marking. I am really unhappy with their service as they from the beginning send me the wrong books and then after rectifying there mistake they made another mistake by not sending all the books. When I finally did get all my books. The assignment woes started, I would hand in assignments and I would have to resend and resend and wait and wait to get marks. This last mark is still outstanding more than a year has passed, they have seized all communications with me because I demanded my money back for the breach of contract of firstly not delivering on what I paid for and secondly being unable to mark my assignment. I would like to warn everyone about them don't sign up with them they are quick to take your money, but as soon as that's done your problems start. Don't go to Damelin either as I hear they are the same company at the core. Rather find out where you can buy the textbooks and when you are ready go to Pearson Vue instead. It will cost you much less and you will get your certification.
