Intec Assignments .. rude service.

I am a student with Intec College. I submitted my assignments a in February 2018. A few months later I got my transcript back but it is not clear which assignments I failed as it is just written A, B, C. The numbering system they used there is not like the ones on our Assignments.

I called and asked them to clarify them for me and send back the actual failed assignments but they just said they will try and send requests for them to be sent to me.

The ladies were rude and just put me on hold without letting me know I am being put on hold.

I loved this college but I am starting to think this is a delaying tactic to make sure that I repay and redo the course again next year.
