Intec are ******

I completed my studies in 2010 until today i’m waiting for my certificate, when i called i told i was told i must submit a POE which appeared nowhere on their brouchers when i register even today it does not appear not even mentioned on any information pamphlets of intec , fine i then engaged them in writing requesting for the poe so i can submit they told me to wait they will get back to me its a year now that im still waiting for intec to five me feedback
