Intec and No exam Feedback

<p>I am writing exams on the 11th:</p> <p>1. i registered for only 2 subjects and paid for only the two and they registered me for 3? It has been a month now and still I have not received my updated exam entry form showing only the two subjects.</p> <p> </p> <p>2. I ordered previous exam papers on the 15th May 2016. It is now the 54th July and I still have not received my papers.</p> <p>All this was paid for in May alread.</p> <p>I have sent emails every day and phoning every day and all I get is 'we will get back to you'.</p> <p>This is the most frustrating thing I have ever had to go through. I do not see how difficult it can be to just sent the papers I PAID FOR.</p> <p>My exams is in 3 working days (not taking the weeking in the count as they dont work).</p> <p>I want to know when the hell am I going to get my exam papers and my updated exam registration form.</p> <p>I don't see the point in getting these papers AFTER I write the exam.</p> <p>I have been soooooo patient with them, but now I am just fed up with the lack of responce.</p> <p>If it is such a mess or problem getting all the documents and papers ready for the sudents they INTEC should make registration earlier so there is enough time to sort out everything, or they should sent the persons working in the department on a cours that will actually teach them how to handle theire work, and then maby they will not have these problems.</p>
