Intec a total ****!

I started studying with intec college in February 2018. I paid the amount for my course in full & sent all the documents asked for by the college.

Once I received all the materials for my studies I tried logging into my email account created by the college for me but the password given to me was incorrect, I called the college multiple times but wasn't helped at all. It took me more than four months to finally get my emails sorted out, because I was unable to set up my email it led me to being unable to write any examinations. When I eventually did send my assignments through I only got results for two assignment.

I decided to stop wasting my time & deregistered from intec college & asked for a refund, I sent in all the documents to deregister on the 24/02/2019 it is now August & I haven't heard anything about my deregistation or refund. There's always some excuse, or some department that needs to see my deregistation documents. I've done some research & I'm not the only one who is having issues with intec college. Intec is known for taking money & then ignoring their students. Intec is now ignoring all emails & calls from me.
