Intec a **** or *****, take money and then ignore your students. Shocking.

After cancelling a course sold to me in July which I paid for in full and requesting for a transfer of funds to another course. I have not received a word from Intec nor has the funds been transferred, has intec stole my money! Or is Intec an absolute *****! Intec, you take your students money without blinking and then dont deliver on your service and absolutely ignore your students it is appalling the way I have been treated by your enterprise.

Sure there must be an ombudsman to address these issues!
