intec a *******!

I received my books & found out its damaged they took 2weeks to deliver them as they were sent to the wrong place then to me while going through the books i found out its damaged i have called numerous of times asking for cancellation which has not been done 3years later now! I paid R5000 never even wrote 1test all i ask is to cancell it keep the money just remove me from intec college records because the course was completed by anouther institution!o feel that they are doing these type of things to alot more people and if this is not saughted out i will take to other ways of media to let every one know!
