This place is absolutely pathetic I canceled my studys in 2021 as my whole family for sick with covid husband was om ventilation for 3 month I lost my job so I ended having to cancel with them I called a d emailed them I got a email saying it been canceled never heard anything back from them again..only to find out this year it hasn't been canceled aswell as it has totally messed up my credit rating aswell I have yet again sent numerous emails and got told same thing it got sent t for cancelation bit never heard anything back again from them even after sending numerous emails and calls and not getting any type of respomse
