Intec

Good day, I enrolled to do my Paralegal studies with Intec. Since inception I have encounted nothing but problems with Intec. The only time I received prompt service was when it regarded my payment, which I did in full. First problem I had was they did not set up my portal, they did not load my books, then I emailed them requesting for assistance basically begging them and received nothing. then i encounted problems with my assignment and exam registration forms, both were sent 6 weeks before the exam, they emailed me a month later to say they have not received my forms. i further went to social to read the reviews and the comments on their page scared me. I immediately screenshot and emailed them and requested to deregister from their organisation they dont reply to calls, they dont respond to emails. i have also sent a letter from my attorneys and that was completely ignored. Intec needs to be investigated for *****. All i want is a full refund, i have spoken to Andiswe, Sibusiso, Jaquline, Precious, Damian and a few other people in student support and no positive response. Intec should be investigated for *****!
