Intec

Very disappointed in this college. I have enrolled to study with Intec for Early childhood development NQF level 5. Before the lockdown I had an issue where I received via email from a mentor that I have passed 2 assignments. Here is the first email: Good Day Student Congratulations you passed assignment I***0-D You obtained 80% Kind Regards Dezlyn Benjamin| Student Advisor Call: *** E-mail: ***| www.intec.edu.za

and here is the second: Good Day Student Congratulations on passing assignment I***1-G You obtained 90% Kind Regards Dezlyn Benjamin| Student Advisor Call: *** E-mail: ***| www.intec.edu.za

Baring in mind that this is already the second time I had to fix my assignments and the mentors that marked them first explained to me step by step what I need to redo I was delighted to know that I have finally passed them. After about 2 weeks I received messages now saying that I have failed both these assignments and one of the other assignments that I have also submitted. I phoned Intec spoke to them and they could no one could tell me what was going on they said they will forward my issue to the assignment department and get back to me. I have waited a few weeks and then decided to contact them again to hear what is going on. I spoke to a lady named Kimray she has also informed the assignment department to hear what is going on because it was a day before the locked down she said to me I will have to wait until the locked down is lifted then they will get my assignments and send them to me so that I can redo them, not knowing why seeing that I passed two and only had to redo one. I have struggled to get hold of them when the level 5 locked down was lifted and finally got hold of them the first week of August I have asked them to send my assignments back to me so I can see what is going on, they have told me that they will send it to me before the end of that week, 2 weeks have passed and nothing...still waiting. They are now wasting my time and I just about had enough!!!!!
