Intec

If I could give a rating lower then one star I would. I have struggled with intec from the beginning. The first couple of weeks I started with my course I could not access my student portal. This was due to an technical error. I was given a list of books to buy but I was given the wrong list. So I bought an extra book of almost R300. After struggling for about two months for someone to understand something is wrong. I was eventually helped. Apparently while they had the technical error my study guide to that subject was never loaded and the more I complained the more they said I shouldn't have it. Eventually I got the correct details for the books and of course I have to purchase them on my own again. I have submitted task every week and it still show that some task were not submitted. Joining the intec student life was the worst decision of my life.
