Intec

I received a statement on the 07th of July 2018 indicating an R480 outstanding amount for an exam. After sending them all my proof of payments along with my exam confirmation letters and exam registration forms, the issue is still not sorted and my account is still reflecting an outstanding amount, today is the 2nd of October 2018. I have written Organisational Behaviour and Internal Auditing but I received results for Financial Accounting and was told to please submit my assignments for Accounting as I have passed the exam, I DID NOT EVEN WRITE ACCOUNTING BUT I PASSED IT???? Obviously, I did not submit my assignments because we were told that you won't be allowed to write an exam if the assignments for the specific subject were not submitted.

So long story short, I emailed every single person that I have an email address for at INTEC but I only receive read receipts and SMS's saying that I need to make immediate payment. I still don't have my correct results for my exam either.

INTEC's admin is not up to standard and I would not recommend studying through them at all. If only I knew what I know now when I enrolled!!!!
