Intec

In January this year (2015) we gave a student loan to one our employees. He registered with Intec college to study a diploma in construction technology. <br> In March Intec had failed to deliver any study material after he had followed up numerous times. He thus cancelled his course and filled out a cancellation form and requested a refund. Intec College accepted the cancellation and said there was an admin process that needed to take place before the refund would be paid. I started to assist our employee in April to help follow up on why he had not been refunded. It is now 4 month later and I have still had no success which in itself is shocking. I have escalated this to the MD who has been no help at all - it seems that Intec does not care. They are prohibiting our employee from furthering his studies as he cant register to study elsewhere without this refund.
