I registered an paid for a service that was never rendered to me and had no assistance what so ever from the student advisor and the Portal was not updated on time and had outstanding information. I have since written numerous emails and called the cancellation department but to no assistance. The only calls they are good at attending to is to remind me of outstanding payments 5months waiting on cancellation to cancel my registration and no feedback what so ever.
