Ingrid Thorne - POE Coordinator

I would like to state that my previous experience with Intec was not too great where I ended up sending lawyer letters just to get my ECD NQF 4 certificate.

In 2023 I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue with my ECD NQF 5. I could not believe that it would be so different. I applaud Ms Ingrid Thorne who is my POE Coordinator. This lady has helped me with more than what is required of her. ANY querie, Any problem, she deals with and with nothing but kindness from her side. I feel that she is still part of Intec because of her compassion towards the students she deals with. To be honest, I wish I had her as mu POE Coordinator when I did my first course. She puts you at ease even if you are freaking out about silly little things. She always responds with positive feedback and you don't wait days on end for a reply. She is as much involved with your studies as you are. No excuses, the truth all the way and keeps you informed as much as she can.

She is a true gem and I feel that what she does, goes unseen and isn't appreciated enough.

Thank you Ingrid for making my studies a pleasure and for me to have the faith in you that everything will be ok. You are a star!!
