I have never dealt with such an *********** college before firstly they send me an invoice with a different amount from what i signed for on the enrolment form. When i queried it they said they will request for my form from their registration dept.. since Oct 2017 till now they are still searching for it. Secondly in Jan i requested to transfer the course i was doing to another different since then i have been taken from post to pillar. Lizel approved my transfer on the 23rd of Jan but till today nothing to that effect has been done am only told they are still busy with their processes but they expect me to pay monthly fees which i dont understand why as there is no service they are currently offering me. Exams are in June i do not have any study material and have not done any assignment however all that they can do is only call me about my outstanding payment.. when u call all they tell you is your issue will be dealt with within 48 hours which has turned into 2 months..
