<p>Would never recommend this institution to anyone looking to further their education, unless you are looking to be well versed in unanswered phone calls and emails. After signing up with them in 2014 I had no notice of registration for any exams or anything to do with the course. After trying to get hold of them on countless occasions it has become clear that they have absolutely no clue about what they are doing and a preschooler could probably provide better service than this company of incompetant people who promise education but obviously have not gone through any education themselves. On any occasion they have tried to contact me it was for registration over 2 years after signing up which was the first I had heard from them since signing up. I have given my contact number to them countless times and after being reassured that I would be contacted I am still waiting. Thereafter their most prompt reply was after my last review. I have just recieved a message stating my case has been closed when I have no knowledge of any resolvment or any clue which case they are talking about as I am sure they have countless cases in draft stage that haven't been logged. </p>
