Incompetence and lying *******

I am so utterly disgusted in the lack of customer service Intec offers. I enrolled my niece in February and was not told that she could not study in Afrikaans. when the english study material arrived and we queried this, we were told they only offer it in english. I have been trying to cancel intec since february and have sent through appeal and cancellation request only to be told each time that the board hasn't met yet. It seems preposterous to me that an institute like this would not have a board who can provide proper feedback. I have been waiting since February to cancel this and i am still fighting. Please anybody who is afrikaans avoid this like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
