Incapable Acc Dept

I wish we did not have to add a star as I would not give even 1. We cancelled our account with Intec November 2019 due to my husband being retrenched. Yet to date we have received no word other than we will get feedback within 30 days (that was December 2019) we have not received anything yet we are still being harassed for payment for a course that we are no longer doing. We have called the accounts department to no avail, she gave us email addresses to send correspondence in order to get some confirmation from them and yet no reply to those either. If anyone ever wants to join Intec, rather look somewhere else - I'm sure there are plenty of other colleges that are there for you and NOT YOUR MONEY ONLY!!!!
